Crisis management

ADM can help clients with the design of their crisis management and particularly with the intersection of recovery and resolution planning with prudential requirements.

ADM’s insights on crisis management are informed by Anita Millar’s:

1. Work as an interim MD at the Association for Financial Markets in Europe (AFME) (Feb 2010–Jul 2011), and her leadership of AFME’s SIFI Financial Resources working group responsible for producing the Financial Resources chapter and Enhanced Supervision annex in AFME’s September 2010 publication Prevention and Cure: Securing Financial Stability After the Crisis.
2. Understanding of the Bank Recovery and Resolution Directive and the policy and advocacy work that helped to inform this piece of regulation.
3. Knowledge of stress testing and Pillar 2 which is grounded in her risk management background and Basel II and III consultancy projects.
