Services

Clients can engage ADM to work on an interim basis and work closely with permanent staff and/or conduct independent research, which may be desk-based or take the form of interviews. These contract options can be tailored to meet the client’s objectives and may include:

  • Achieving more effective regulatory relationships
  • Identifying policy positions and an advocacy strategy for communicating them
  • Evolving the client’s risk management framework and governance structure

The following list of ADM services identifies several areas of regulation and risk management that ADM is most closely identified with, but we would be pleased to discuss with clients any areas of regulation or risk management outside of this list.

All our services will also take into account the impact and direction of sustainable finance initiatives, fintech solutions and Brexit developments.

Please see our Articles, reports and other publications page for a sample of projects undertaken for clients, including Invest Europe (formerly known as EVCA) and the International Regulatory Strategy Group (which is jointly supported by the City of London and TheCityUK).

Where appropriate ADM will use sub-contractors to prepare and finalise documents. These sub-contractors are subject to confidentiality agreements.
